These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern sales made by JFL, registered as a sole proprietorship, whose business is the sale of handcrafted leather goods in France.

By making a purchase on jflshop.fr, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Description

The products offered are handmade leather goods. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may exist between the items and the photos shown on the website.

2.2 Availability

Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified by email and may choose between a refund or an exchange.

2.3 Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a firm and final commitment. The buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided (address, selected product).

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Shipping fees are not included and are indicated at checkout.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered on the website:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • ApplePay

The order is validated only after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Times and Fees

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier:

  • Tracked Letter: 2 to 3 business days

  • Colissimo: 2 to 4 business days

  • Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days

  • Chronopost Shop2Shop: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping fees are indicated before order confirmation.

4.2 Responsibility

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, JFL cannot be held responsible for delays or losses. A tracking number is provided to follow your package.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers residing in the European Union have a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

5.2 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

5.3 Return Procedure

  • Contact us at jflhandmade@gmail.com to notify us of the return.

  • A return address will be provided.

  • Once the package is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Warranties and Complaints

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In case of an issue, contact us at jflhandmade@gmail.com with photos of the defect.

All complaints must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

7. Personal Data Protection

Information collected during the order process is used solely to process and ship your purchase. No personal data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the right to access, modify, and delete your data by contacting us at jflhandmade@gmail.com.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These TCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the defendant’s place of residence or the place of delivery of the product.
