Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused,

With tags and in its original packaging,

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

According to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is voluntary (refund request), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
14-Day Withdrawal Period (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.
Please note: As mentioned above, returned items must be unworn, unused, with their tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.
- If approved, you will be refunded within 14 days after receipt and validation of the return.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
