Delivery methods and prices

For sending your orders, we offer three delivery options: Colissimo, Mondial Relay and Chronopost.

For Metropolitan France ,

      • Free standard delivery within 2 to 4 working days ( orders of €70 or more)
      • Standard delivery within 2 to 4 working days - €6.50 (orders under €70)

For the European Union,

      • International standard delivery - €22

      • International standard delivery - €29

Return and refund

Return conditions

  • The returned product must be in new condition, identical to that when it was unpacked and in its original packaging.
  • If the returned product shows signs of use, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Please note: if you wish to return your entire order, for which you received a free item, the item must be returned with the order.


Return procedure

  • Return requests, excluding returns due to defective products, are made via our online store or by email.
  • Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The return must be sent by tracked Colissimo.


Return & Refund Request

To request a return, please send your request to jflhandmade@gmail.com. To help us find the best solution to your dispute, please include a message with as much detail as possible and high-quality photos with your request.

For all returns, a summary email will be sent to you with a return number and the address to which you should send your package. This return number must be indicated on your package.

Please note:

  • Packages sent before validation of the return request by our teams will not be accepted.
  • The return address is not open to the public. No hand deliveries will be accepted.
  • The refund will be made after receipt and validation of the return.
  • The timeframe for processing the refund is 10 working days.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
