Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Exceptions: For personalized or made-to-order items, additional time may be required. This will be specified at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options:

Mainland France

  • Standard (Tracked Letter, Colissimo, Mondial Relay): 2 to 5 business days

European Union

  • Standard: 3 to 7 business days

International

  • Standard: 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination

Delivery times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods, or exceptional circumstances (strikes, customs, weather conditions, etc.).

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Free shipping is offered within Mainland France for all orders over €70.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Package
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided. In case of abnormal delay, contact us at jflhandmade@gmail.com so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

Damaged Package
If you receive a visibly damaged package, do not accept it and request that it be returned to the sender. Contact us immediately with photos of the package so we can find a suitable solution.

Incorrect Address or Non-Receipt of Package
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. In case of a return due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

International Shipping and Customs Fees
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival of the package. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and depend on the regulations of each country.
